How much does accounting cost?
Starting prices are published on the "Pricing" page. The final price depends on document volume, employees and VAT status – that is why we prepare an individual quote.
Do you work remotely?
Yes – with clients across Bulgaria and abroad. Documents are exchanged electronically and meetings are held by phone, online or at an office by appointment.
How do I change my accountant?
The steps are described on the "Changing your accountant" page. We handle the communication with your previous accountant and the data transfer.
Registration and business forms
Which form should I choose – EOOD, OOD or DZZD?
It depends on the number of partners, liability and tax effect. See the "Choosing and registering a business form" service or request a consultation.
Can I register a company from abroad?
Yes – with a power of attorney and certified documents. We serve in English and Greek.

Can I attach documents to the form?
No – for security reasons the forms do not accept files. We will send you a secure channel for documents after the first contact.
